Booking Holdings announced on October 14, 2026 that its new company Vayo is launching in private beta, with a waitlist open at vayo.com. The beta is free and invite-only, initially focused on frequent travelers. The company says Vayo pulls existing reservations from a user’s inbox, fills in what is missing and watches prices; when a flight changes, it flags the late check-in and dinner reservation now at risk.

Booking Holdings says Vayo works beyond its own brands, including reservations made through other travel platforms or directly with airlines and hotels, and that it reads only the travel confirmations needed to build and manage trips. Direct booking, a native app and planning with travel companions are planned for the months ahead.

The release describes a planned $100M investment in Vayo, but a footnote says the intention is subject to continued advancement of the product and market conditions, so it is not a fully committed sum.
